I truly enjoyed the hotel's aesthetic and found it to be an excellent value. the bedroom was modern and lovely. the staff was friendly, providing excellent service. the property boasts a fantastic location near the river, as well as shops and restaurants, and is conveniently situated in the city center.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met required needs, can just recommend it. The hotel location was comfortable next to the river. The staff members were accommodating and suggested local places.

the private parking was on-site, very good service. loved our new-fashioned room and exceptionally comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious and complete with hot scrambled eggs and bacon, as for instance. location: the hotel was not far from the main center of aurillac, restaurant and bar, and the centre of town.

We booked a superior triple room, which featured climate control, an electronic key card, and a convenient work desk. the location was magnificent, just a short walk from everything we needed. the restaurant offered mouthwatering food with excellent dishes.

The room was well set up, but small and dark. It was fine for one night, but rather depressing for a longer stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay and had a magical three days overall. the hotel is perfectly located in a central setting, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. it is just a short distance from the heart of Aurillac. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable, enhancing our overall experience.

The room got very hot in the early hours, bed uncomfortable as mattress was hard. You could hear traffic and people outside when the window was shut so windows need modern double glazing.

They do not speak English or Spanish, so it was hard to communicate with them. The parking place was full, so we had to park it in the middle. In the morning they phoned us to our room to move our car because another car could not go out. We had to pay as we had stayed in a normal parking place, what I find unfair.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities. The room was poorly designed with only one reading light and no place to put the luggage.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. It is conveniently located in the center of town, close to good restaurants and shops. Plus, being next to the river provides a lovely atmosphere for a relaxing stay.
